Job Overview The Full Cycle Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring the best talent. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to recruiting, ensuring that we attract and hire candidates who align with our company culture and values. Key Responsibilities Sourcing and Attraction: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by engaging with passive candidates and fostering long-term relationships. Screening and Selection: Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates. Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
