Account Manager Opportunity

STONE Resource Group has one of the strong Professional Staffing Brands in the country! SRG is a professional services and staffing company focused heavily in the IT, Telecommunications, and Finance & Accounting space. This position will be remote, however, training will be in the office so being located in the Atlanta area is a requirement.

WHAT does a SRG Account Executive do?

Training will be provided! Prior background in IT is not required.

Responsibilities of an Account Executive:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand the client’s specific requirements and in turn be able to present viable solutions
  • Develop strategic sales and marketing plans for each account and prospective clients
  • Implement a sales plan to achieve revenue growth from new and existing accounts
  • Partner with delivery teams to fill our clients’ hiring needs
  • Leverage all known resources to identify and obtain new clients
  • Attend networking events to promote STONE Resource Group and develop client leads

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales is preferred
  • Must demonstrate the drive and motivation to sell
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated effective negotiation skills
  • High character and integrity is a must
