Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Receivable Specialist based in Columbus, OH. The specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing and reconciling accounts receivable, processing invoices, ensuring accurate and timely billing, and communicating with clients regarding outstanding payments. Other duties include maintaining financial records, creating financial reports, and assisting with audits. Some work from home is acceptable under this hybrid arrangement.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and reconciling accounts receivable, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate and timely billing
• Strong financial record-keeping and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for interacting with clients regarding payments
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Experience in the horticulture or agriculture industry is a plus
• 3 years of Collections and accounting experience minimum
