Job Description

Our client, in Alma Ga is seeking an Accounts Payable to join their team. As an Accounts Payable you will be part of the accounting team supporting Office Staff. The ideal candidate will have an Accounts Payable background High school diploma or equivalent and Assoicates or Batchlors preferred. Which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Accounts Payable/Receivable.

Location: Alma Ga

Pay Range: 15.00 to 18.00 hr.

What’s the Job?

• Process and verify invoices, purchase orders and expense reports.
• Prepare and issue payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. 
• Maintain accurate records of all account payable transactions.
• Assist in month-end closing activities including accruals and reporting.  

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma needed and prefer Associates/Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 1-3 years' experience in accounts payable/receivable or general accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software e.g. Quick Books, SAP, NetSuite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for vendors and customer interactions.
