Our client, in the Rockledge area, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team. The ideal candidate will have prior A/R experience, AA degree, proficiency using accounting related software/databases and strong problem solving skills. 

Job Title: Onsite Accounts Receivable Clerk

Location: Rockledge, FL

Pay Range: $20 / hour

What's the Job?

• Manage accounts receivable: client setup, invoicing, collections, Salesforce documentation.
• Field customer inquiries via email and phone.
• Process and post incoming payments in QuickBooks.
• Present A/R Aging report weekly to management.
• Reconcile weekly to ensure accurate payment posting.

What's Needed?

• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years’ experience in accounts receivable collections.
• Proficient in MS Excel, QuickBooks, and Salesforce.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
