Role Overview:

We seek a meticulous Admin Bookkeeper who can manage bookkeeping and general administrative support across our medical and aesthetic wellness operations. You will help maintain seamless financial workflows while upholding strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using Quickbooks Online.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements with accuracy
• Process invoices, payments, and payroll
• Prepare monthly financial reports using Excel, etc.
• Provide general administrative support

Requirements;

• Proficiency with Quickbooks
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software
