Job Description
I am seeking a personal/administrative assistant to help my business grow by taking on everyday tasks in the business, which is run from my home office.
Tasks include:
•Managing personal and business calendar
•Plan and schedule appointments and events
•Run errands as needed (grocery store, post office, etc)
•Manage returns & exchanges of online orders
•Perform personal and office tasks as needed
•Light housekeeping
•organize and maintain home and office workspaces
•Pack, mail, and ship small items occasionally
Qualifications:
•High School Diploma
•Experience or strong interest in makeup/beauty
•Ability to multitask
•Strong attention to detail
•Extensive Social Media/Internet/technology knowledge
•Strong work ethic
•Willingness to work from home and on weekends
