Thorne Crest Senior Living Community is looking for a Campus Administrator (LNHA)! Thorne Crest has a beautiful campus, that has been serving the Albert Lea area for over 35 years! Not only are we committed to our community, but providing the best care, with the highest quality to our residents!

As the Campus Administrator (LNHA) at Thorne Crest, you will oversee the overall operations of the Community in accordance with state and federal regulations; as well as, the ABHM mission and core values, including development and implementation of strategies, tactics, policies, and procedures within the ABHM performance dimensions of employee engagement, quality, mission effectiveness and stewardship.

• Salary ranges from $118,000 - $132,000/annually, based on your experience!

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Licensed Assisted Living Director, within the state of MN or be qualified to obtain such licensure within a reasonable and pre-determined time frame.
• Bachelor's degree in Long Term Care, Management, Human Services, or equivalent
• 5+ years of Long-Term Care Administrator experience required
• Demonstrated leadership competencies in health care management and operations
