Job Description
FurstStaffing is seeking a seasoned, people-focused Automotive Salesperson to join a long-standing, successful automotive dealership. This is a great career opportunity with possible growth into a Store Manager role. This is a Direct Hire position.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | No weekends or holidays | Closed Saturdays in summer
Compensation: Base pay + commission + bonuses
Earning Potential:
Year 1: $50K–$70K (based on performance)
Long-term: $70K–$108K+

Requirements:
Proven sales experience (auto sales preferred, but open to strong performers in other industries)
Excellent people skills – able to connect with customers from all backgrounds
Some automotive or mechanical knowledge is helpful, but not required
Customer service oriented, dependable, and optimistic
Looking for long-term stability (5–10 years+)
Finance knowledge or experience helping customers with financing is a plus
