AWM, Marcus by Goldman Sachs, WFM Short Term Forecasting Specialist Location: Richardson, Texas, United States Opportunity Overview: Corporate Title: Call Center Representative Division: Asset & Wealth Management Your Impact: In your role on the WFM Scheduling and Forecasting team, you will be responsible for maintaining the Verint platform and overseeing agents. The role requires strong analytical and project management skills, along with the ability to stay updated with the latest processes and procedures. Responsibilities: Manage adherence adjustments requested by supervisors and associates for GS Agents, including BGL & HYD agents. Optimize breaks and lunches while considering organizational impacts. Schedule mass trainings for all GS offshore and onshore agents. Update WFM reports including FVA, headcount, and IDP as needed. Oversee daily activities of the WFM Scheduling and Forecasting team. Generate real-time and ad-hoc reports as requested. Perform daily audits of team adjustments. Communicate with workforce management teams for real-time operational guidance. Collaborate with the Forecasting Team to ensure correct PTO Calendar Allotments. Identify workforce management improvement opportunities and drive initiatives. Monitor email boxes, update Verint schedules, and manage adherence adjustments. Basic Qualifications: Some knowledge of Verint is helpful but not required. Self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a team-oriented environment. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to projects and deadlines. Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in PC skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines professionally. Willingness to lead and represent the team. Competitive and entrepreneurial spirit with minimal guidance.
