AWS Databricks Consultant

• At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to plan, schedule, and manage project resources effectively. Proficient in managing timelines and coordinating multiple communication initiatives simultaneously.
• Data Analysis Proficiency: Skilled in analyzing data using tools like SQL and Python. Capable of assessing communication needs and evaluating the effectiveness of communication strategies
• Technical Knowledge in Business Intelligence: Understanding of Business Intelligence concepts and techniques.
• Communication Skills: Capable of conveying technical information clearly to stakeholders.
• Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead teams and foster collaboration.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile practices for managing projects.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong aptitude for identifying issues and generating solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations and feedback.
• Risk Management: Ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes to align projects with organizational goals.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Training Development: Experience in designing and facilitating training sessions to support user understanding of new systems or processes.
• ETL Process Management: Expertise in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to integrate data from various sources.
• Database Management: Skilled in managing and optimizing databases for performance and reliability.
• Data Pipeline Development: Ability to build and maintain robust data pipelines for seamless data flow.
• Big Data Technologies: Familiarity with tools like Hadoop and Spark for processing large datasets.
• Cloud Services Knowledge: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for scalable data storage and processing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience working in Auto Aero domains
• At least 2 experience with Databricks
• CI / CD exposure
• Strong communication and Analytical skills
• Ability to work in teams in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment comprising of Business and Technology teams
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment
