Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:

Proactively identify and target potential business customers in your assigned territory.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales quotas.
Present AT&T internet products and services to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits that meet their business needs.
Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with business clients.
Conduct needs assessments to understand the specific internet requirements of each business.
Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Product Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date with AT&T's internet offerings, including plans, pricing, and promotional packages.
Educate clients on the latest technology trends and how AT&T's services can provide a competitive advantage.
Negotiation & Closing:

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
Ensure all sales activities and transactions are accurately recorded in the CRM system.
Market Analysis:

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and areas for product/service improvement.
Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales events as required.
Qualifications:

Experience:

2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or technology.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:

Strong understanding of internet services and related technology.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
