Job Description
We are looking for a talented and creative Bakery Associate to help prepare, produce and deliver high-quality baked goods, pastries and customer service. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, a keen eye for details and the ability to innovate and maintain quality and consistency. A strong understanding of baking techniques and food safety regulations is essential and so is the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, develop new recipes and adapt to new trends and changing customer preferences.
The candidate is expected to have experience and the ability to process sales transactions and be comfortable using point-of-sales systems, place and receive orders via telephone and online platforms, handle cash and credit card payments, customer inquiries. The candidate should be able to maintain a clean and organized checkout area, assist with packaging baked goods and restocking displays. Our candidate will work with teams to initiate and promote online and face-to-face in-store sales.
It is required that the ideal candidate have current relevant certification and license to work in a food establishment in the state of Texas and show ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The candidate should be able to work with little supervision.
