We love our team and we love providing an excellent guest experience to each person that walks through our door. We are looking for outgoing, exciting people to join our coffee crew. Our Coffee Crew should be comfortable building relationships and should be invested in creating a better day for our guests by handcrafting the perfectly made beverage. In addition, menu and ingredient knowledge are a must for all team members!

What you’ll do:

• Create hand crafted drinks from our coffee, smoothies, liquid desserts and sparkling beverage menu sections
• Learn how to prepare beverages to standard recipes. Maintain complete knowledge of all our food and beverage menu items, their price and availability
• Provide a CKC welcome to every customer and provide answers about menu items including any allergen questions

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Peabody, MA 01960: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Guest services: 1 year (Preferred)
• Barista experience: 1 year (Required)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Required)
