Temporary Bookkeeper (30–45 Days) — Littleton, CO (On-Site)

Pay: $24–$28/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Littleton, CO 80120
Duration: Approximately 30–45 days (possible extension)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Temporary Bookkeeper to join our team and help us get caught up on a high volume of accounting work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys diving into spreadsheets, reconciliations, and general ledger tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume reconciliations and general ledger entries
• Process invoices and handle data entry accurately and efficiently
• Utilize Excel extensively — including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Maintain records in accordance with GAAP standards
• Support other accounting and administrative functions as needed

Requirements

• Bookkeeping Certificate required
• General knowledge of GAAP principles
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Littleton, CO
• Must pass a background check
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
