Responsibilities:
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure all financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Utilize QuickBooks Online to manage and organize financial data effectively.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of financial transactions and documents.
• Support office administration tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and general office management.
• Provide exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy across all bookkeeping and administrative tasks.
