We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Fort Morgan, Colorado. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in financial management and office administration who thrives in a detail-oriented environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining financial records, managing transactions, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure all financial records are up-to-date and accurate.

• Utilize QuickBooks Online to manage and organize financial data effectively.

• Maintain detailed and organized records of financial transactions and documents.

• Support office administration tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and general office management.

• Provide exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy across all bookkeeping and administrative tasks.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with office administration duties and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
