Vaco Indianapolis has partnered with a client in the Fishers area in search of a Bookkeeper. This is a full time position. If you feel you would be a good fit, apply today! Pay : $25-35/hr; varying depending on level of experience Quickbooks Online experience preferred! Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping Support - Assist with bookkeeping cleanup projects for clients - Support basic accounting tasks and document organization - Coordinate missing documentation or follow-ups as needed Administrative Support - Answer and route incoming calls professionally - Schedule and manage client appointments - Assist clients dropping off documentation and ensure files are organized - Maintain physical and digital filing systems for the office Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
