This role is pivotal in delighting our guests with exceptional breakfast offerings, setting the tone for their entire day. As a Breakfast Cook, you will craft delicious meals and innovative dishes while maintaining the high standards of quality and presentation that embody our brand. Collaborate closely with our executive chefs and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and create memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• You will prepare and cook breakfast items to the highest standards, ensuring all food is presented attractively and meets the dietary needs of our guests.
• We expect you to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations and sanitation guidelines.
• You shall collaborate with team members to manage inventory effectively, ensuring that ingredients are always fresh and available for daily service.
• You will monitor cooking times and temperatures carefully, adjusting as needed to ensure the best quality results in each dish served.
• We expect you to engage positively with guests during breakfast hours, addressing any queries or special requests professionally and efficiently.
• You shall assist in developing new breakfast menu items by suggesting innovative ideas and taking part in taste tests.
• You will participate actively in staff meetings and training sessions, contributing your insights and learning from others to enhance team performance.
• We expect you to handle equipment responsibly, reporting any maintenance issues promptly to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

Requirements

• You will expertly prepare a variety of breakfast dishes including eggs, pancakes, and pastries to meet our guests' expectations for quality and taste.
• We expect you to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring all food safety standards are consistently met.
• Your ability to operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently is essential.
• You should demonstrate creativity by developing menu items that cater to diverse dietary preferences and restrictions.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure timely service during busy breakfast hours is crucial.
• Managing inventory effectively to minimize waste while ensuring availability of fresh ingredients daily is required.
• You must communicate clearly with front-of-house staff to coordinate orders and special requests accurately.
