📝 Business Analyst II

🧠 About the Role

Sileo Technology Solutions is hiring a Business Analyst II with 5–8 years of experience to help lead customer projects across AI platforms , emerging technologies , and modern service delivery frameworks . You’ll play a key role in shaping our digital transformation efforts—translating business needs into actionable insights and scalable solutions. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.

· Lead requirements gathering sessions with internal and external stakeholders.

· Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.

· Create documentation, workflows, and reports to guide implementation.

· Assist in the deployment and adoption of AI tools and dashboards.

· Analyze business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.

· Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements

· Support AI-driven service delivery and framework development initiatives.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA.

· Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and WBS development.

· Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

· Conduct QA testing and validate solutions against business goals.

📚 Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.

· 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in consulting or enterprise environments.

· Proven experience with Office 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform.

· Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint planning.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Experience with tools like MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.

💡 Preferred Skills

· Exposure to AI implementation projects or digital transformation initiatives.

· Microsoft credentials/certifications (Power Platform, Copilot, Teams, etc.)

· Experience working with government or aerospace clients.

💰 Compensation

· Salary: $80,000–$100,000, based on experience

· Annual profit sharing bonus
