We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join the BGSF team. The BDM is accountable for meeting sales targets. The BDM will interact with branch operations staff as well as all levels of management within the company and client’s organization. Focusing your time on the business development function for the firm, the BDM will market our services to prospective clients, build upon existing client relationships as well as network throughout the business community to spread brand awareness. Successful BDM’s will have the ability to efficiently learn and understand all corporate capabilities, policies, and service offerings to effectively sell and deliver services.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Develop, grow, and nurture client relationships

• Marketing our services via telephone and video or in-person meetings with new and existing clients

• Expand the utilization of our services while providing an outstanding customer experience

• Identify and discuss future project initiatives with clients, and ensure clients’ expectations are met

• Qualify business opportunities and clearly communicate these requirements to delivery teams

• Match consultants’ skill sets with client engagement requirements, presenting highly skilled consultants to the client

• Be extensively involved in outside trade associations and various networking activities both inside and outside of normal business hours to promote services and brand awareness in the marketplace

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years sales/account management experience

• Staffing industry sales and business development experience providing accounting resources.

• Relationship builder and problem solver with a hunter mentality/natural inclination for selling.

• Successful track record of selling new accounts in a fast-paced competitive service environment.

• Demonstrated understanding of the corporate environment and achievement of sales performance metrics.

• Strong presentation and persuasion skills.

• Demonstrated organizational and planning skills.

• High school diploma or GED
