🧠 In This Role, You Will:

• Lead net new business development across North California
• Navigate 6–12+ month sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
• Present and sell high-ROI energy & infrastructure projects
• Represent a brand that is synonymous with sustainability and operational excellence
• Work cross-functionally with internal engineers, architects, and solution teams

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years in B2B Business Development or Sales with a focus on projects or services
• Direct experience selling into Public Sector verticals (K-12, Higher Ed, Gov’t, Municipalities, Healthcare, etc.)
• Skilled at long-cycle, complex deals involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills — this is a relationship-driven sale
• Based in San Francisco, Sacramento, or surrounding NorCal geography (with regional travel as needed)

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Stock Options
• Year 1 OTE: $250K+ (Top reps earning $1M+)
