About the Role

The Career Coach will also be involved in data analysis, strategy development, and workforce connections, and is expected to stay current on best practices in career coaching and workforce development. Applicants for the Career Coach position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years' related experience in career development, coaching, or advising. Proficiency in career assessments is preferred. The role requires strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work with diverse backgrounds and promote an inclusive environment. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, student coaching, career exploration, program promotion, and continuous learning.
