When you drive with CFI, you can expect: Team drivers earning up to $0.73 per mile split Pay for all miles the truck runs Top drivers earning $100K annually (each) Practical mile pay system Reliable home time and consistent freight 90% no-touch freight Various pay incentives including stop-off pay, Canadian border pay, local pay, layover pay, and non-customary work pay $3,000 referral bonus for each experienced driver hired Full fleet equipped with electronic logs (e-logs) Peace of Mind with Layover Pay: At CFI, we strive to provide our CDL-A Drivers with consistent miles. Qualifications: Valid CDL-A 6 months minimum Tractor-trailer driving experience 21 years of age or older Has the right to work and live in the United States Be willing to travel throughout all 48 contiguous states for two to three weeks at a time No BACs, DUIs, DWIs or license suspensions for moving violations in the past five years Ability to meet work attendance and availability requirements and all applicable legal and DOT regulations to drive a commercial truck in the United States Ability to pass all applicable CFI certification class testing and requirements
