- Service Area: Loudoun County
- Schedule: Flexible shifts available – day, evening, nights and weekends
- Pay: Competitive compensation based on experience, with weekly direct deposit

Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and professional care in clients’ homes
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Monitor client health and report changes in condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for clients
Requirements
- Current CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in Virginia (or willingness to complete our PCA training course)
- Current TB/PPD test and First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to reach clients throughout Loudoun County
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and genuine passion for helping others
