Clinical Data Manager – West Coast Biotech

As their pipeline continues to advance, they are seeking a Clinical Data Manager to play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and oversight of data management activities across their clinical trials.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage data management deliverables from study start-up through database lock
• Collaborate with CROs, internal clinical teams, and external stakeholders to ensure data integrity and compliance
• Develop and review data management documents (e.g. DMP, edit checks, CRFs)
• Oversee EDC build, data review listings, and query management
• Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met across global studies

What You’ll Bring:

• 3–5+ years of experience in clinical data management within biotech/pharma or CRO
• Strong knowledge of GCP, CDISC, EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Veeva)
• Proven ability to manage CROs and vendor relationships
• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for clean, accurate data
• Based in the Seattle area and willing to have an on-site presence
