About The Job Supportiv is dedicated to building a peer-to-peer mental well-being platform that offers affordable, on-demand support for users’ emotional needs 24/7/365. We are looking for a highly analytical and impact-oriented Clinical Research Assistant to join our Data Science team. This role is tailored for a research-based Ph.D. student or post-doctoral who will be essential in conducting research, running analytics, and creating hypotheses to drive data-driven product development and business decisions. The Clinical Research Assistant will analyze data, publish peer-reviewed articles, and work cross-functionally between various teams at Supportiv. What Makes Supportiv Special? Responsibilities Conduct research and run analytics to guide data-driven product development and business decisions Create hypotheses and perform business intelligence Analyze data and publish peer-reviewed articles for Supportiv Design and conduct clinical research experiments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive research initiatives Use statistical and mathematical skills to interpret complex data sets Utilize programming skills to develop and evaluate the outcome of your experiments What Will You Need to Succeed? Currently enrolled as a research-based Ph.D. student or post-doctoral in a relevant field First or second author on peer-reviewed publications Background in clinical research, public health, and psychology is a bonus Proficiency in designing experiments and conducting clinical research Excellent Python programming skills and experience with common data analysis tools Strong knowledge of statistics and mathematics Experience in analyzing data and publishing peer-reviewed articles Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary start-up culture What Will You Get?
