Wolf Tool Technologies USA is growing — and we’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals ready to take the next step in their manufacturing career.

As a CNC Grinding Operator , you’ll work with precision machinery to produce high-quality cutting tools used in industries around the world. If you have some CNC, machining, or mechanical experience and are eager to grow into a specialized, high-demand trade, this is the perfect opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate high-precision CNC grinding machines (training provided).
• Read and follow technical drawings and job instructions accurately.
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and visual inspection tools.
• Record production data and tool corrections using basic computer entry.
• Maintain tools, grinding wheels, and equipment in optimal condition.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members to ensure consistent quality.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• CNC, machining, griding or mechanical experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, comparators) is appreciated.
• Dependable work ethic and strong attention to detail.
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and improve.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• We currently are hiring 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM and 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Overtime available based on production needs.
• Shift flexibility is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

• Hourly Rate: Starting on $20.00 – $24.00/hour (based on experience and shift).
