Job Description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a CNC Programmer to join their team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Programmer

Location: Pomona, CA

Pay Range: $24-$30 per hour

What's the Job?

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to determine machining operations.
• Compute dimensions and tolerances from conventional blueprints and CAD drawings using Mastercam.
• Write programs for CNC machines to produce precision parts.
• Ensure product dimensions are accurate and conform to specifications by verifying with machine operators.
• Coordinate with engineering and shop floor to optimize machine utilization.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five years of machine shop experience, including machine programming.
• Proficient in Mastercam programming and Four Axis programming.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to perform work independently and as part of a team.
