Our client, a leader in facility management, is seeking a Commercial Building Engineer to join their team. As a Commercial Building Engineer, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting various facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Commercial Building Engineer

Location: Harrisburg, PA

What's the Job?

• Perform maintenance and repairs to Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems for the facility.
• Travel between multiple facilities to ensure their proper function and maintenance.
• Maintain responsibility for facility services, including preventative maintenance and inventory control.
• Conduct cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and changing parts to maintain HVAC systems at optimum performance levels.
• Comply with safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe workplace.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot various Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification.
• Valid driver's license.
