Job summary : We are a leading Software as a Service (SaaS) company that specializes in the transformation of data in the US healthcare industry through cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content strategy and creation for B2B audiences. This role will be the first line in engaging our target customers and articulating our value. The Content Marketing Manager will need to become a subject matter expert in the US healthcare industry and speak the language of US healthcare executives, operations leaders, and IT professionals. The ideal candidate will own the content calendar across formats with the express remit of attracting new customers and engaging our communities. Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Planning Develop a comprehensive content strategy to achieve marketing goals. Plan and manage a sustainable content calendar across formats, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, product copy, and more. Identify content gaps and fulfill content that will grow reach, engagement, and demand. Execution & Management Write and edit high-quality content optimized to perform for each format and channel. Develop and champion a compelling voice for the brand. Work with internal teams, freelance writers, and designers. Oversee content processes from idea to archive and establish best practices. Scale the content program through vendors, coworkers, and tools. SEO & Performance Analysis Track, evaluate, and report on content and channel performance. Use SEO tools to ensure best practices are followed across all content. Iterate based on insights to improve future content effectiveness. Cross-Team Collaboration Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Design to ensure content meets cross-functional needs. Leverage internal SMEs as co-authors or contributors. Requirements 5+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial planning, and production. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Demonstrated success in driving content that generates traffic, leads, or engagement. Solid understanding of SEO, digital marketing metrics, and content management systems. Experience managing contributors, freelancers, or creative partners. Excellent project management and communication skills. Bonus if you have: Experience writing for healthcare audience and a technical product environment. Familiarity with tools including SEMrush, Adobe CC, and Figma. A portfolio of published content or campaign examples.
