Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Contract Manager to join a growing corporation. This is an in-office position based in the West Metro. Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts. Oversee contract administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Manage contract documentation, track key deadlines, and resolve contractual issues. Evaluate and respond to RFPs, RFQs, and bid requests while preparing necessary submittals. Assess customer creditworthiness and review modifications to contract templates. Collaborate with internal teams and external legal counsel on contract-related matters. Lead or support complex negotiations and guide teams on contract best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance contract efficiency and compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal Certification is a plus. 5+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of contract law, leasing agreements, and risk assessment. Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information.
