We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Contracts Manager to join our fast-paced Sales industry. This role is a unique opportunity to be a part of a growing team, driving the negotiation and management of contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract law, drafting, redlining, and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of managing complex contracts.

Responsibilities:

1. Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a variety of contracts, including sales, licensing, and service agreements.
2. Maintain and manage the contract database, ensuring all contracts are accurately recorded, updated, and easily accessible.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure contracts meet business objectives and comply with legal requirements.
4. Review contracts for potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
5. Facilitate the contract approval process, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained in a timely manner.
6. Participate in board meetings, providing expert advice on contract matters.
7. Implement and manage a contract lifecycle management system, ensuring efficient contract processing and tracking.
8. Ensure compliance with corporate governance policies and procedures in all contract activities.
9. Train and guide staff on contract procedures and best practices.
10. Keep up-to-date with changes in contract law and relevant industry regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field. A Juris Doctor degree will be considered a plus.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the Sales industry.
3. Demonstrable experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining contracts.
4. Solid understanding of contract law and its application in the business environment.
5. Proficiency in using contract database systems.
6. Experience in licensing agreements and corporate governance.
7. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
8. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential contract risks and propose effective solutions.
10. Experience in participating in board meetings and providing expert contract advice.
