Multi State Building Materials Company in Luling, Louisiana is looking for:

CREDIT COLLECTIONS AR MANAGER or DIRECTOR

Need a strong leader to manage our Accounts Receivable and Credit team.

Duties:

• You'll handle the full credit and collections process—from checking creditworthiness to collecting payments, resolving issues, and taking legal steps if needed
• You’ll work closely with Sales, Operations, and Legal to reduce risk and enforce credit policies, including managing liens and claims
• Lead reporting efforts, share monthly AR and credit risk updates with leadership, and recommend ways to improve our systems and processes

Requirements:

• 8 years Experience in construction supply, building materials, or wholesale distribution industries
• In-depth experience with lien laws and filings , especially in Louisiana and surrounding states
• Strong knowledge of credit qualification practices , risk mitigation strategies, and enforcement of terms
• Proficiency in AR systems and reporting dashboards (Epicor BisTrack or similar preferred)
• Previous full credit and collections process
• Strong track record in Management and leading AR and credit teams (starting with a team of 10+)

On site daily with flexibility when needed.
