Our client, operates in the power management industry and is seeking a Cyme Training Specialist to join their team.

Job Title:  Cyme Training Specialist

Location:  Warrendale, PA

Summary of the Position: As a Cyme Training Specialist, you will play a key role within the training team by supporting various projects and initiatives focused on delivering training classes using Cyme Software. You will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement effective training programs. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of Cyme training classes under the guidance of senior engineers. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, define objectives, and ensure classes meet quality standards. 

• Provide support in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing corrective actions. 

• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in engineering technologies to enhance training content and delivery methods. 

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. 

• 1–3 years of experience in engineering or a related discipline (entry-level professionals are welcome). 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., Cyme, CAD, MATLAB, LabVIEW). 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in team settings. 

• High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Internship or co-op experience in an engineering-related role. 

• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards. 

• Experience with project management tools and methodologies. 

• Certification or training in relevant engineering disciplines. 

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques.
