COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $17/hr
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Start date: ASAP

ROLE IMPACT

The Data Entry Specialist ensures compliance workflows remain uninterrupted across a 5,000+ agency network. This role focuses on high-volume data input and accurate documentation indexing to support licensing renewals, new agency onboarding, and producer appointment requests. Strong attention to detail and efficient task execution are essential to maintain regulatory readiness and department accuracy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process incoming E&O and license renewal responses into internal systems
• Support new agency appointments and monitor contract compliance
• Index licensing documents into imaging and tracking platforms
• Execute producer appointment entries and handle urgent same-day requests
• Coordinate with agency personnel during compliance and audit reviews

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years in clerical, administrative, or business support roles
• Familiarity with insurance terminology (Property & Casualty a plus)
• Strong data entry, organization, and written communication skills

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• Microsoft Office Suite
• AS400
• OnBase
• RightFax (preferred)
• ACT (preferred)

PREFERRED SKILLS

• High-volume data entry accuracy
• Experience supporting compliance or licensing workflows
• Customer service in an office or agency environment
