Job Description

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Certified/Registered Dental Assistant to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will assist dentists with dental procedures, take and develop dental X-rays, maintain patient records, and ensure the dental office is sanitized and well-organized.

**Qualifications:**
- Certification/Registration as a Dental Assistant
- Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare patients for dental procedures
- Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs
- Take and develop dental X-rays
- Maintain dental equipment and ensure proper sterilization
- Educate patients on proper dental hygiene practices
- Keep accurate patient records
- Ensure the dental office is clean, organized, and stocked with supplies

**Additional Requirements:**
- Current CPR certification
- Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Denticon)
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
