We go to all-day continuing education courses, have a bonus plan, and no night hours or late nights. We are looking for a long-term, FULL-TIME candidate for front desk/receptionist duties at a dental office. Come join our happy dental family, where people love us so much, most people who work for us stay for over 17 years! Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients to the practice with warmth and hospitality
• Respond to inquiries from patients, in person and over the phone
• Make appointments and collect fees for services rendered
• Utilize the computer to keep track of patients' appointments
• File paperwork and keep organized

Qualifications:

• Possesses outstanding customer service skills; capable of making patients feel welcome and relaxed
• Demonstrates exceptional organizational abilities; capable of keeping track of appointments and fees
• Has demonstrated an aptitude for computers and technology; quick to learn new programs and systems
• Self-sufficient and willing to take on tasks of any level
• Displays a strong desire to improve the user experience through innovation and problem-solving
