The Division of Endocrinology within the Department of Medicine, Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School seeks to employ an Endocrinologist at an open rank. Responsibilities may include: outpatient care relating to endocrinology, managing new and follow-up patient visits, and participating in inpatient service as assigned by the Division Chief. Additional responsibilities include teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, serving on departmental committees, and attending divisional and departmental meetings. An interest in osteoporosis and bone disease is a plus.

The Department of Medicine at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School is comprised of approximately 150 paid and more than 300 volunteer faculty members organized into 11 divisions covering the major medical subspecialties: Allergy, Immunology and Infectious Diseases; Cardiovascular Diseases and Hypertension; Education; Endocrinology, Metabolism and Nutrition; Gastroenterology and Hepatology; General Internal Medicine; Hematology; Medical Oncology; Nephrology; Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine; and Rheumatology.
