We are currently hiring a Digital Marketing Director for one of our clients, a leading provider of one of the largest and broadest selections of structural steel products. What You'll Do
Lead the development, execution, monitoring, and optimization of all digital marketing efforts, campaigns, and ads.
Partner with a content-focused teammate to create compelling ads, blog posts, articles, social content, and email campaigns.
Manage and grow the company's social media presence to foster brand awareness and engagement.
Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to increase traffic and visibility.
Drive targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and boost conversions.
Analyze performance metrics and present monthly reports to leadership.
Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and tools to keep strategies competitive.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
6+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2C environment.
Strong background in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and major social platforms.
Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively across teams.
E-commerce and steel industry experience a plus.
