Job Description

A private individual seeks an experienced and hands-on Domestic Couple with Butler/serving service, cooking, housekeeping, and management experience to assist with household maintenance and provide overall support for their Miami Beach residence. The right candidates will have experience managing the upkeep of formal private estates and providing high-end white glove service. Must be outgoing, self-motivated, and hardworking. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Full-charge housekeeping responsibilities; museum-quality cleaning of the main residence and guest house on the property
• Provide high-end service, greeting guests at the door
• Bartending, preparing, and mixing drinks and cocktails for guests
• Driving principal safely, opening doors, and escorting to entrances
• Work alongside groundskeepers, vendors, and contractors
• Provide support in the interior or exterior maintenance as needed
• Always maintaining home for guest readiness
• Handling special requests and related duties as needed
• Must be confident in the kitchen: providing support in cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinners for 1 principal or up to 8-10 guests from time to time.
• Maintaining household inventories; supply procurement including grocery shopping
• Manage Vehicle Portfolio
• Always keeping property guest-ready (interior and exterior)
• Exercise common sense and can take the initiative to accomplish tasks and make decisions
• Support with housekeeping work
• Handling special requests and related duties as needed

Schedule: The typical schedule is working 5 days per week; weekends might be required for this position. Compensation: Competitive salary negotiable based on experience Accommodations: • Miami Main House: 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment separate from the main residence Benefits: The benefits package is included (health insurance, two weeks paid vacation, 5 paid sick days, and paid federal holidays) Requirements:

• At least 5 years of related experience in private homes and yachts, preferably together
• Excellent references from both current and previous employers
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; fluency in English required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Formal Butler experience is a huge plus
• Flexible schedule, available to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license
