Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer position include:- Bachelor's degree in STEM from an accredited university.- Minimum of 8+ years of industry experience, including centrifugal compressor controls and surge control.- Proficiency in Rockwell (Allen Bradley) / FactoryTalk PLC programming and experience with Siemens PLCs.- Strong background in AutoCAD and drafting software.- Ability to design and execute electrical and instrumentation control systems for pump and compressor production.- Experience with engineered-to-order oil, gas, and petrochemical process systems.- Comfortable with mentoring and providing feedback to junior engineers.- Ability to travel 20% domestically and internationally for field support and customer meetings.Salary: $120,000 - $155,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus (up to $165,000+ for top candidates).
