Job Title: Electrician

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced electricians to join our team for commercial new construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of verifiable experience in performing cable work within commercial and industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Run EMT, Rigid, and PVC conduits ranging from ½ inch to 4 inch, including the operation of threading and bending equipment, both manual and powered.
• Set up and pull cables and conductors in conduit using both manual or powered means.
• Install and terminate lighting and various wiring devices as directed.
• Use power tools in accordance with safety and operational manuals.
• Take direction from supervision and accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
• Perform terminations as directed, including panels, equipment, and control systems.
• Work may require overtime, which may not always be scheduled in advance.

Essential Skills

• Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience performing electrical and network work in a commercial and/or industrial environment.
• Proficient in running EMT, Rigid, and PVC conduits from ½ inch to 4 inch.
• Experience with setting up and pulling cables and conductors in conduits.
• Ability to install and terminate lighting and wiring devices.
• Skilled in using power tools according to safety and operational manuals.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Possession of personal tools required for electrical work.

Work Environment

The position involves work within new construction and commercial settings. Personal protective equipment such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots, and high-visibility vests are required.

This is a large project in Lexington KY and the surrounding areas

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.
