Job Title: Electrical Supervisor
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Baltimore, MD. The successful candidate will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of electrical work on construction sites, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with plans, codes, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily electrical operations on construction sites.
• Lead a team of electricians to ensure timely and safe project completion.
• Interpret and implement blueprints accurately.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
• Conduct regular safety meetings to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues that arise during projects.
• Track project progress and ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and other stakeholders.

• 3+ years of experience leading electrical projects from start to finish.
• Proficient in interpreting blueprints and electrical plans.
• Experience with conduit installation and journeyman-level electrical work.

• Any additional electrical experience is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Windsor Mill, Maryland.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $39.00/hr.
