Job Title: Electrical Foreman
Location: Lorton, VA
Pay Range: $40–$45 per hour (based on experience)

About the Position:
We are currently seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead and oversee commercial electrical projects in the Lorton, VA area. This is a key leadership position responsible for managing field crews, ensuring top-quality workmanship, maintaining project schedules, and upholding the highest safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and direct daily activities of electrical crews on-site.
• Plan and schedule work to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
• Review blueprints, specifications, and project documentation to ensure proper execution.
• Maintain detailed project records, timesheets, and material logs.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead by example, fostering teamwork, accountability, and a culture of quality and safety.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

1. Assertive leadership and meticulous administrative proficiency.
2. Proven ability to manage crews and projects of significant size and value.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial electrical experience, with at least 2 years in a foreman or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and installation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.

Compensation:

• Hourly pay: $40–$45 per hour , commensurate with experience and proven leadership ability.
