Job Title: Electrical Superintendent
Location: San Antonio, TX
Compensation: $115,000 – $125,000 annually (based on experience)

About the Position

We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead commercial electrical projects in San Antonio, TX , with a focus on K-12 schools, churches, and other institutional facilities . This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring that all field operations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will be a licensed Journeyman Electrician with strong experience managing crews, coordinating schedules, and driving successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct all electrical field operations on assigned commercial projects.
• Manage and schedule electricians and subcontractors to meet production goals and project deadlines.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC standards, local codes, and company safety policies.
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Oversee material ordering, deliveries, and daily field documentation.
• Conduct and enforce safety meetings and jobsite protocols.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical support to field teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed Journeyman Electrician (required – Texas license preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in commercial electrical construction.
• 2+ years of supervisory or superintendent-level experience.
• Proven background in K-12, church, or institutional projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, codes, and construction sequencing.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
