As an email marketing automation executive/manager, you will shape email marketing campaigns from start to finish including design, development, testing, launching, and reporting, to generate on-brand email campaigns that drives awareness, engagement, and revenue. You will design and execute life-stage email marketing programs, and trigger-based marketing to engage clients and nurture prospects, based on data and contact preferences. You will take a data driven approach to continually improve performance through refined messaging and targeting, with a focus on lead generation and commercial outcomes. You will have the opportunity to contribute to cross-functional projects that aim improve our email platform, enhance the client experience, and elevate the brand.
Salary range for this position: $75,000 - $110,000/Yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, and 3-5+ years of relevant experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM. Pardot/Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement or Eloqua experience preferred
  • Direct experience strategically planning, executing, and scaling cross-functional email marketing campaigns (including automated flows) from concept to completion
  • Attention to detail, excellent organization, written, and verbal communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities with the highest standards
  • Ambitious self-starter with demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done, while working independently and as part of a global team
  • Experience with workflow/project management software, a certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Salesforce.com experience strongly preferred.
