What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Execute day-to-day email marketing activities, including campaign set-up, testing, tagging, and deployment
• Develop and implement email marketing strategies for promotional and targeted campaigns
• Ensure client satisfaction through timely execution of email marketing projects and effective communication
• Establish and manage A/B testing processes to enhance email productivity and engagement
• Monitor deliverability and maintain compliance with CAN?SPAM regulations

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Strong proofreading and editing skills
• Demonstrable knowledge of email best practices and performance metrics
• Experience in strategizing and implementing email campaigns
• Proficiency in commonly used email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Omnisend, MailChimp)
• Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00?am to 6:00?pm PST

• Agency experience
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for measuring marketing program performance
• Ability to write marketing copy while capturing brand voice
• Passion for optimization and data analysis to improve performance
