Position Title: Partner Support Specialist / Account Coordinator

As a Partner Support Specialist (PSS) / Account Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role on our client-facing account team, helping to coordinate marketing strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, websites, email marketing, and traditional media. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and gain firsthand insight into what it takes to drive sales growth for top independent financial brands.
Essential Job Functions: As the point of contact for multiple clients and internal teams, you’ll manage and coordinate marketing deliverables with poise, professionalism, and precision. From launching campaigns to catching the smallest inconsistencies, your ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and think critically will be key to success.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Support
· Manage marketing projects for 20+ financial advisory clients nationwide
· Serve as the communication bridge between internal departments and external clients
· Review and quality-check digital content, including emails, websites, ads, and media logs
· Handle client-specific requests and ensure follow-through across all marketing teams
2. Client Account Maintenance
· Coordinate recurring client tasks and ensure timely execution (e.g., email approvals, content updates)
· Assist with onboarding new clients and launching marketing assets within scheduled timelines
· Join scheduled client calls and contribute with professionalism and confidence
3. Marketing & Business Development
· Help promote Simplicity’s services through digital initiatives and outreach
· Collaborate on internal projects, events, and team-building efforts
· Maintain SharePoint documentation and contribute to process improvements
