About the Role

• Independently build and manage an Equity Long/Short portfolio, emphasizing low net delta, balanced factor and industry exposure, and high idiosyncratic alpha.
• Maintain rigorous risk management, continually re-underwriting positions and challenging investment theses.
• Conduct deep market, industry, and business cycle research to source differentiated ideas.
• Actively collaborate with the broader investment team, sharing insights and contributing to collective intelligence.
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

About You

• Proven track record of strong, risk-adjusted returns (Sharpe > 1.5) in an Equity Long/Short strategy.
• Minimum of 5 years’ portfolio management experience, ideally within a hedge fund environment.
• Highly process-driven, with a distinct investment edge.
• Deep expertise in your equity coverage universe.
• Strong collaborator, eager to build relationships within a dynamic team.
• Naturally curious, with a passion for deep fundamental research.
