The Events Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events. This role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to ensure that each event runs efficiently from start to finish. You will work closely with the Events Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences while maintaining Beloform’s premium standards.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination, logistics, and on-site execution of events.
Support the preparation of event materials, schedules, vendor documentation, and reports.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all event components align with project goals.
Help monitor event timelines, deliverables, and setup requirements.
Participate in venue research, budget tracking, and proposal preparation.
Provide administrative support including documentation oversight and post-event follow-ups.
Maintain Beloform’s quality standards and represent the brand with professionalism.
Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to changing needs.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Willingness to support both administrative and on-site event duties.
Collaborative attitude and readiness to assist across departments.
Competitive annual salary of $52,000 – $55,000.
